Steps to apply for  Jagriti Yatra Startup Train

ROUND 1: Application Submission Process

1. Visit website: https://www.jagritiyatra.com/
2. Initiate Application: Begin by clicking on the “Apply Now” button to access the registration form.
3. Fillup Registration Form: Complete the registration form with your details and submit it.

4. Verify Email: An email will be sent to you for email verification. Activate your account by clicking on the verification link sent  in the email.
5. Log in: Visit the Jagriti Yatra website and sign in using your registered email address and the password you created during registration.
6. Process Payment: Pay the Jagriti Yatra application processing fee of INR 100.
7. Access Application Form: Upon successful payment, your application form will be accessible. Click on “Edit Application Form” to open it, which includes three sections:
   1. Personal Information
   2. Involvement in Enterprise
   3. General Aptitude
8. Complete Application: Fill out the application form according to the instructions provided in each section.
9. Submit Application: Once all sections are filled out, submit your application.

ROUND 2: Video Interview

Your application shall be reviewed and shortlisted. Upon making it to the shortlist, you advance to the subsequent phase of the selection process – the Video Interview.

• Notification: Keep checking  your email inbox. If you’ve been shortlisted in the initial round, you’ll receive an email informing you to the next stage.
• JY Website Login: Access the Jagriti Yatra Portal and find the video interview link. Click on the video interview link, then log in using your registered email ID and phone number, followed by verification of your identity through an OTP.
• Video Interview Conduct: Follow the provided instructions to complete your video interview.
• Interview Submission: Once the interview is concluded, submit video  via the portal.
• Confirmation Await: Await confirmation of your video interview submission. An acknowledgment will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. Capture a screenshot of this confirmation for your records.
• Submission Finalisation: Log in to the Jagriti Yatra portal and upload the captured screenshot. Your application will be fully submitted.

Note: You may submit a screenshot of either an email or WhatsApp message confirming your submission.

ROUND 3: Payment of Fees and Application for Scholarship

1. Applicants shall be informed about selection via email. Pay registration and contribution fee according to the chart below.

Note:- Candidates with sound financial backgrounds are encouraged to pay the full amount as per chart given above.

2. Applying for Scholarship: Upon selection, candidates will be invited via email to apply for a scholarship.

If you opt for a scholarship, please submit income proof documents and a brief statement outlining why you merit the scholarship on the JY portal.

Scholarships are need based for economically weaker sections or for those who cannot pay the full fee. If you do not need a scholarship, kindly write to us at selection@jagritiyatra.com after your selection and simply submit a blank document on the JY portal.

3. Scholarship  Review: Once your scholarship application has been reviewed, you’ll receive an email detailing the scholarship awarded to you along with payment instructions for the Jagriti Yatra fees.
4. Making Payment Contribution: Log in to the portal and proceed to make your contribution for the Jagriti Yatra based on the provided payment instructions.

Upon payment, you will be informed via email to join Jagriti Yatra Train on 16th November 2024 from Mumbai and pay fees.

Food:

Different types of Yatri Roles

The selected individuals can participate in the Yatra as either participants or facilitators:

• Participants: Young individuals (above 20 years old) passionate about making a difference and possessing entrepreneurial potential.
• Facilitators: Experienced professionals (above 27 years old) committed to supporting the Enterprise-led development movement. These individuals can be either entrepreneurs or professionals who serve as mentors and guides during the Yatra.

Facilitator Responsibilities:

• Empowering Participants: Facilitators actively support participants in maximising their learning experiences, both individually and collaboratively.
• Journey Management: They are entrusted with managing their assigned group of six participants throughout the Yatra, ensuring adherence to the Yatra Mantra (Code of Conduct).
• Bridging the Gap: Facilitators act as a bridge between participants and the organising team, fostering effective communication and support.
• Language: Facilitators must be proficient in either English or Hindi.
