- The PM Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan provides a clear blueprint for employing the workers for the next four months. Afterward, experts will see how many of Migrant Labour will continue to work and how many go somewhere else to find jobs.
- Sitharaman said that the release of money to villages such as allocation to rural local authorities as recommended by the 15th Finance Commission under the PMGKRA (Pardhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan) will provide work and support the creation of assets in rural areas.
- The PMGKRA will address the need for job creation in rural areas, and thus also lay the foundation for a more prosperous rural India: Secretary, ministry of rural development (MoRD).
