Due Date of GSTR-1 Extended to 10th January, 2018
The Ministry of Finance bring a New Year Gift for professionals and businesses by extending due date of filing GSTR-1 Return to 10th January 2018 for the month of July, August and September 2017
As per Notification No. 72/2017-Central Tax Issued on 29th December 2017, the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby extends the time limit for furnishing the details of outward supplies return in FORM GSTR-1 under sub-section (1) of section 37 of the Act
New due date of GSTR-1 for the registered persons having aggregate turnover upto INR 1.5 crore in the preceding financial year or the current financial year is as follows:-
