#1. Login to GST portal

#2. File GST modification application
Now you need to begin the process of Amendment of the GST registration details. You need to file Application for Amendment of the GST Registration Core Fields.
#3. Amendment in the GST Registration Core Fields
After you logged in to the GST portal, you need to choose 'Revision of Registration Core Fields' from the Registration Menu under the administration tab that is obvious on the landing page.
#4. Revision of the core field details
The Business Details tab is chosen as a matter of course; it will show the data to be filled for the registration of the registration period.
- By pressing the Edit button, choose the field which you wish to alter, in this case, business address.
- Now modify the core details and select the Date of Amendment of the schedule.

As you press Add New button, the application form for GST modification, i.e. GST REG-14. You need to fill this form for GST modification.
- The form will open for editing. Just continue forward with tapping on the Edit button.
- Now you have to enter the clarification behind the modification of the address in the Reasons field.
Note: No proofs are required to be given for the revision of the principal place of business.
- Set the Date of Amendment.
- Now click on the “Save and Continue” button.
- Finally, you need to click the “Save” button.
